About

Ryan Krant is a Director in the Attest and Assurance Services Group in the New Jersey/New York office of Adeptus Partners. Working alongside Brian Murphy to diligently manage and run the audit practice in the NY/NJ area, Ryan brings over 15 years of experience in delivering comprehensive assurance services to a diverse range of industries. With a strong focus on audit, reviews, and compilations, Ryan has successfully served both publicly traded and closely held businesses, as well as not-for-profit organizations. Ryan's expertise extends to PCAOB Audits, including specialized knowledge in guiding clients through the complex process of going public via Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) and the subsequent de-SPAC process. Moreover, he has a proven track record in assisting companies with achieving their public listing goals through the traditional IPO route. Ryan also possesses deep proficiency in broker-dealers, manufacturers, not-for-profit organizations (including Schools), distributors, apparel companies, as well as Hedge Fund and 401k audits. In his free time, Ryan enjoys traveling, watching movies, watching or playing sports, and exercising. He is a huge fan of the Yankees, Syracuse Basketball, the NY Giants, and the Rangers. Ryan is married to his high school sweetheart, whom he met at summer camp when he was 15 years old.
