Mr. Gemini has testified at trial or by deposition in a number of legal proceedings, including trial testimony in federal and state courts involving lost profits and price erosion, reasonable royalty, trade secret misappropriation, trademark and trade dress infringement, false advertising, and unfair competition, and breach of contract. Mr. Gemini’s work experience has also included performing financial audits, preparing individual and business income tax returns, and performing business and patent valuations.
