Brian Bauwens is a Sr. Manager in the New Jersey office of Adeptus Partners. Brian has extensive SEC reporting experience within various industries as both an external auditor and a consultant. Brian goes above and beyond when it comes to client service. He has a specific niche in helping companies successfully go through the IPO process and coaching client staff in more complex accounting areas. He is skilled at preparing financial statements and is knowledgeable and experienced in complex accounting matters such as revenue recognition, derivatives, debt, equity, and share-based compensation. Before joining the Adeptus team, Brian worked at Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman & Company and EisnerAmper. Brian began his career in public accounting as an auditor in 2006. Outside of work, Brian is a dog lover and a huge NY Giants fan. He is also a big Sci-fi, anime, and comic book fan.

Villanova University with a double major in Accounting and Finance.
