Miriam Asedo, CPA
I like to think of myself as an “all-around” tax compliance person. Aside from the usual tax preparation, review & projections, my greatest enjoyment comes from working closely with my clients, getting to know them and establishing a rapport that lasts for many, many years. My emphasis has been on individuals and all closely held entities. I have had the benefit of experience on many international issues, particularly as it affects U.S. Residents working abroad as well as Non-Residents who come into the U.S. to either work or invest in our economy. When the occasional IRS or state notice pops up out of nowhere, I have also been very successful in dealing with these agencies.
When I am not at work I enjoy reading international espionage & crime novels, spending time with family & friends, and working with my trainer.
When time allows, travel is also a big to-do on my bucket list.
