Nonprofit Tax

Most nonprofit organizations are required to file an annual return with the Internal Revenue Service. The returns range from a Form 990-N for organizations with gross receipts under $50,000 to a full Form 990 for organizations with gross receipts greater than $200,000 or total assets greater than $500,000. Organizations in between these thresholds may file a Form 990-EZ or a full Form 990. At Adeptus, we understand that these tax forms are very different from individual and business tax returns and require you to answer a great deal of informational questions. As a result, they absorb a lot of your time and expense to prepare. We are here to help you with all your nonprofit tax concerns.

We value the work done by our non-profit clients and have substantial experience in working with a wide range of non-profit organizations. We understand that directors and staff at non-profits are often required to wear many hats and perform a variety of roles and we specialize in working with nonprofits, no matter their skill set, to prepare the required 990 tax forms. Let Adeptus help alleviate the burden and make your filing requirement as smooth as possible so you can focus on your organization’s mission.
